Bob McCracken — Executive Manager, Town & Country Ford of Nashville | Hays Automotive Group

Bob McCracken’s automotive career spans more than five decades — a journey that began in Louisville, Kentucky in 1972 at Louisville Motors Ford and has grown into one of the most respected tenures in Middle Tennessee’s automotive community. Bob moved to Hays Town and Country Ford of Louisville in 1975. What followed was a career built the old-fashioned way: one handshake, one customer, and one earned promotion at a time.

Rising from the sales floor to Manager. In 1984, Bob started leading the team at Town & Country Ford of Nashville as GM and held this role for 25 years. Now serving as Executive Manager with Hays Automotive Group, Bob has spent more than 50 years with the same dealership family — a rarity in any industry.

With 54 years of Ford automotive sales experience, Bob’s career has grown right alongside Town & Country Ford’s own 45-year (1981-2026) history in Nashville. He’s seen the industry transform — from paper deal jackets to digital retailing — but his philosophy has never changed: take care of people, and the business takes care of itself.

Today, Bob leads with the same energy he brought to the Hays Automotive Group in 1975. Mentoring the next generation of dealership professionals and ensuring every customer who walks through the doors at Town & Country Ford of Nashville experiences the kind of service that’s kept this dealership a Nashville institution for four and a half decades.

Actively participates and supports individuals who have served in various capacities as well as loved ones left behind. Loves fishing and hunting with a passion. He is also widely known as “The #1 Car Man in Nashville”. He knows cars and trucks as good, or better than he does hunting and that says a lot!

We are so glad to have Rodney back! He was a salesperson here about 10-years ago for a good long while. During that 10 years he has broadened his experience in the automotive world and worked up to a Sales Manager. Now we are excited to have him here at Town & Country Ford as our General Sales Manager.

Aaron Olsen — Sales Manager, Town & Country Ford of Nashville

Aaron Olsen brings more than 17 years of automotive sales and leadership experience to Town & Country Ford of Nashville — a career built across some of the industry’s most competitive markets and most respected brands.

Aaron got his start in the Pacific Northwest, where he spent nearly eight years at Titus Will Toyota before moving into senior leadership roles across the region — serving as General Sales Manager at West Hills Honda, General Manager at Sunset Kia & Mitsubishi, and Sales Manager at Korum Ford, Lincoln & Hyundai. Along the way, he mastered the full spectrum of dealership operations, from the sales desk to the finance office.

His path eventually led him to Middle Tennessee, where he sharpened his skills at Gallatin Honda and then Kia of Portland before joining the Hays Nissan of Rivergate team in 2025. Now Sales Manager at Town and Country Ford of Nashville. That multi-brand background — Toyota, Honda, Kia, Hyundai, and Ford — gives Aaron a rare depth of perspective on what today’s car buyers want and how to deliver it.

At Town & Country Ford, Aaron combines big-market experience with a customer-first approach, helping Nashville drivers find the right vehicle with straight answers and no pressure. He’s proud to be part of a dealership with 45 years of history serving the community — and a team committed to keeping that reputation strong.

John is very knowledgeable about all makes of vehicles. He caters to his customers, making sure that their expectations are met. When you meet him, you can’t help but like him. He’s a pleasure to deal with.

Shaun is a longtime automotive industry professional with extensive experience helping customers protect their vehicle investments. Whether you’re purchasing a new or used vehicle, Shaun is a great resource for finding the right warranty coverage for your needs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Bear, cheering on his favorite soccer teams, and indulging in a slice of Publix blueberry pie!

Mike is a long time Ford Service Manager, he came to us from our sister store in Indiana. We are fortunate to have him here. He is great with customers and has an open door policy. He is also a Master Certified Technician, so he has an understanding of everything Service, not just the management side. He can explain and understand any Ford Service issue you might have.

Kerry is a longtime member of the Town & Country Ford team and brings years of experience to the Parts Department. He and his knowledgeable staff are dedicated to meeting the Ford parts needs of customers throughout the Nashville area. Over the years, Kerry has also been involved in the community as a baseball coach for local teams. He knows Ford parts so well that while most people count sheep to fall asleep, Kerry recites part numbers! If you have a parts question, Kerry and his team are the people to ask.
