    Daniel has been a Master Certified Service Advisor for a long time.  He is Ford all day long 365-days a year.   One of his specialties is Fleet, dealing with the various Commercial accounts and warranties.  Located across the street at 801 Gallatin Pike.

    Russ has been in the Ford Parts business a LONG time.  He is very organized and knows the ins and outs of Ford and what it takes to work hard at getting parts that aren't readily available.  He has great attention to detail and stays on top of getting the right parts for our skilled technicians.
